Program description. Douglas Roofing Co., Inc. sends text messages about roof inspection and estimate scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, replies to missed calls, and occasional promotions.

How to opt in. You opt in by submitting a form on douglasroofs.com with your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox, or by replying to a message we send after you contact us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Douglas Roofing does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
